The Opportunity

We are looking for a Content & Research Analyst who combines the human-centric understanding with organizational rigor.

You will act as the "brain" behind our operations, synthesizing complex discussions into structured content, conducting deep-dive research, analysing data trends, and managing projects to completion. If you are a proactive thinker who loves connecting the dots between human behaviour, business strategy and data, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Deep-Dive Research: Conduct rigorous research on industry topics, market trends, and psychological concepts. You go far beyond GPT search to find the "why" and "how" through user feedback.
  • Audience Empathy: Viewing a problem from the perspective of a CEO, an employee, or a client, and tailoring content to address those specific viewpoints.
  • High-Impact Writing: Deliver written outputs in flawless, high-impact English (Whitepapers, Articles, Scripts, Content design and Decks).

Consulting Delivery

  • Synthesis & Clarity: Absorb complex, unstructured conversations (e.g., client workshops, stakeholder interviews) and rapidly synthesize them into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., survey results, performance metrics, market data) to derive client recommendations.
  • Project Ownership: Create timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects move from concept to completion without needing constant supervision.

What We Are Looking For

  • Background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and presentation storyboarding skills.
  • You prefer bullet points and clear flows over walls of text.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
