Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Lead UX/UI Designer. The Lead UX/UI Designer will be responsible for leading the design process, creating user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, designing graphic user interface elements, and creating prototypes for new features. The designer will also perform user research, usability testing, and make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design (for web and mobile products)
  • At least 2 years in a
    Lead
    or
    Senior UX/UI Designer
    role, preferably in a
    product-oriented company
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end design processes — from research, user flows, and wireframes to prototypes and design systems
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    , and other modern design tools
  • A solid grasp of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility
  • Great communication and storytelling skills — you can explain
    why
    your design decisions matter
