Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of corporate and consultancy recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end hiring process, source quality talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws during hiring.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, MBA, or related field.
• 2–4 years of corporate or consultancy recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT hiring).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
