Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top talent.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Foster an inclusive, transparent, and motivating workplace culture.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and coordinate with leadership for action planning.
- Performance Management
- Assist in setting up and managing performance review cycles.
- Support managers and employees in goal setting, appraisal, and feedback processes.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
- Maintain L&D records and measure training effectiveness
