Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Foster an inclusive, transparent, and motivating workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and coordinate with leadership for action planning.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in setting up and managing performance review cycles.
  • Support managers and employees in goal setting, appraisal, and feedback processes.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
  • Maintain L&D records and measure training effectiveness
