By connecting skilled and semi-skilled workers directly with contractors, builders, and companies, it eliminates delays, middlemen, and uncertainties in traditional hiring. The platform operates through two mobile apps: one tailored for workers to access real-time job postings and connect with verified contractors, and another for employers to quickly hire manpower. With a mission to bridge labour supply and demand, Digital Labour Chowk empowers workers with direct job access while providing employers with a fast and efficient hiring solution.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role located in Noida. As an Intern, you will assist with a variety of tasks that may include research, data management, content creation, and collaboration with team members on ongoing projects. You will contribute to brainstorming sessions, help prepare project reports, and support various operational efforts essential to achieving the company's mission of bridging the labour market gap effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills to support project analysis and execution
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, including the ability to draft reports and presentations
  • Proficient organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Interest in technology-based platforms, blue-collar workforce operations, and social impact
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools would be an advantage
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
