Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HIL (Hardware-in-Loop) Test System Development Engineer based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining HIL test systems to support power systems and engineering solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating automation scripts, programming for HIL systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. The engineer will also contribute to refining testing methodologies and ensuring seamless integration of systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Systems Engineering concepts and practices
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving within technical environments
  • Experience in Plant model Development and Automation processes
  • Proficiency in Programming languages relevant to HIL testing
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with HIL systems and power systems engineering is an advantage
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and frameworks is beneficial
