Role & responsibilities
- Driving effective Talent Management Process and ensuring rigor in action implementation.
- Develop employee retention strategies and implement to reduce attrition.
- Designing and implementing employee competence enhancement strategy and programs.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliances as under Shop and Establishment act, POSH.
- Drive Talent budgeting and resource planning as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP) finalized for the financial year.
- Facilitating the effective implementation of Performance Management System in line with corporate guidelines.
- Identify Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases post appraisals and roll out action plans for identified employees.
- Partnering with business stakeholders for effective recruitment and selection.
- Deploying L&D Framework for capability building at individual and group level in collaboration with L&D.
- Designing and driving division specific interventions.
- Leading employee engagement to nurture positive work culture.
- Responsible to manage remote employees - sites in PAN India.
Preferred candidate profile
- Essential Qualification : MBA Human Resources
- Experience : 5 to 7 Years
