Purpose of the role
To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring the business is ready to receive the agreed change (address business problems and opportunities), ensuring that change initiatives are successfully assessed and implemented to enable them to be embedded in the organisation.
Accountabilities
- Identification and analysis of business impact and opportunities that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business readiness strategies that will help to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about change initiatives and that their needs and expectations are being met.
- Collaboration with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Tech Delivery to ensure business, sales, operations, client servicing and functional partners are prepared for a smooth transition of technology delivery into BAU (including Target Operating Model, Training, Communications, Service Agreements.) .
- Management of resistance to change, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and that their concerns are addressed.
- Review of business readiness plans and status reports in conjunction with change delivery managers to ensure business readiness activities completed on time including newly identified risks, issues and dependencies.
- Collaboration with project teams to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with project objectives and that change management activities are integrated into project plans.
- Provision of guidance and support to business stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement change initiatives successfully.
Vice President Expectations

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Step into the role of Vice President - Continuous Improvement. You will be integral in championing the continuous improvement culture across all global locations through a vast network of continuous improvement champions embedded within respective towers as we strive to achieve "best in class" performance for our clients and colleagues. You will be reporting into the Global Head of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for owning the Continuous Improvement framework, Innovate to Elevate platform and driving execution in partnership with CI Champions as well as Tower Ops Change leads.
Key skills required for this role include:
- An experienced and seasoned Transformation and Change professional with the ability to challenge the status quo, questioning established processes to drive innovation/transformation.
- Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and influencing skills with proven experience in PowerPoint and managing/ delivering/presenting key messages to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and change within the industry.
- Experience mobilising and delivering large- and small-scale change projects.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering lifecycle and processes.
- Experience in leading people through change, supporting colleagues with change implementation and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and to a high standard.
- Proactive approach to solving operational inefficiencies with practical and innovative solutions.
- A track record of successfully influencing, supporting and fostering partnerships with stakeholders including MD's and D's.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across competing priorities.
- Experience of operating in a matrix environment across operations and technology.
- Detail orientated but also able to translate to a strategic vision.
- Experience leading and delivering change within a time bound regulatory driven operation.
- Proven track record of working in the Financial Services Industry.
