Responsibilities

  • Bring campaigns and content to life through strong visual storytelling, across both video and static design formats
  • Conceptualize and execute a variety of short form videos, including reels & motion graphics
  • Contribute to static creative design needs, such as social media posts, digital banners, mailers, and campaign visuals, while ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Management team and copywriter to transform ideas into visually compelling concepts and executions.
  • Be hands-on in event coverage, capturing photo and video content at town halls, offsites, and other brand led events.
  • Create moodboards and visual references that guide the look-and-feel for new campaigns or creative directions.

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative/visual design role - spanning both video and static content creation.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Good understanding of camera handling, basic lighting, and video editing workflows
  • A sharp visual sense - able to marry design, motion, and brand voice across formats.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and bring them to life in collaboration with a copywriter and brand team.
  • Based in or open to working from Bangalore or Kolkata.
