Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with around 1 year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for developers looking to gain hands-on exposure across product modules, improve rapidly, and grow in a collaborative, startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and accessible UIs using React, Redux, and MUI.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services with & Express.
  • Manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring optimized queries and efficient data models.
  • Utilize Redis for caching, rate-limiting, and queues.
  • Convert business rules into structured and maintainable logic.
  • Write tests, debug, and ensure production-quality code.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of
    React, Redux, MUI,
  • Database management experience with
    SQL and/or NoSQL systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of
    Redis
    .
  • Knowledge in Figma design.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and logical thinking skills.
  • Preferred: hands-on
    experience in
    CRM based projects.
  • Added advantage:
    Docker, TypeScript, REST best practices, Jest, AWS.
