Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic engineering

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend (React) and backend

) development, with proven experience leading teams to deliver high-quality, scalable

web applications. You will be responsible for designing technical architecture, mentoring

developers, and ensuring best practices in software design and development.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable full stack web

applications.

● Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, from technical design to deployment.

● Review code and enforce coding standards, design principles, and performance best

practices.

● Design RESTful APIs and ensure efficient integration between frontend and backend

components.

● Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to

continuously improve development practices.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for both frontend and backend

applications.

● Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the development team.

Required Skill Sets

● Proven experience as a Tech Lead in full stack web development.
