Tech Co-ordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to act as a bridge between our tech development team and other business departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, identifying technical and process gaps, ensuring timely delivery, and upholding code quality. You will work across projects built on Angular, Laravel, and Zoho, so a strong grasp of modern web applications and logic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily tasks and sprint cycles with frontend (Angular) and backend (Laravel) developers.

Oversee integrations and workflows involving other Zoho apps.

Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and follow up on timelines.

Perform initial rounds of functional and logic-based testing to validate developer outputs.

Identify and flag loopholes in application logic, workflows, or user experience.

Communicate effectively with developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Maintain task trackers and follow up diligently.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of web development concepts (Angular, Laravel, APIs, databases).

Logical thinking with an eye for detail and problem-solving.

Ability to test and validate backend/frontend flows — not necessarily as a QA engineer but with a practical, real-world use case perspective.

Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator workflows and logic (preferred).

Project coordination experience

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.

Exposure to automation tools or webhooks.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
