Role & responsibilities-

Conduct chemical & physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, packaging materials, bulk tanker loading, and finished goods.

Analyze FFA, PV, IV, Moisture Content, Color, and other key parameters.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Monitor refining, bleaching, deodorization, and CIE processes to meet quality benchmarks.

Maintain lab equipment, calibration schedules, and proper documentation.

Participate in internal & external quality audits.

Assist in R&D for continuous product quality improvements.

Preferred candidate profile -

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.

Experience: 68 years in quality control within the edible oils or food industry.

Skills: Lab testing, quality control, FSSAI & HACCP compliance, problem-solving.
