Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator with 0–1 year of experience who can develop engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, along with a passion for creating compelling visual and written content that aligns with the company's brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce engaging content for social media, blogs, videos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create educational, promotional, and storytelling-based content tailored for different platforms.
  • Present ideas and concepts clearly during brainstorming and team discussions.
  • Script and present content for video shoots, reels, and online training sessions when required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Write catchy captions, headlines, and descriptions optimized for SEO and engagement.
  • Research trending topics, industry insights, and competitor content strategies.
  • Plan and deliver creative presentations and pitches for internal and external projects.
  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and originality.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and emerging content formats.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers or interns with a creative portfolio are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of content planning, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Confidence in front of the camera for presenting or voiceover content.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva for creating presentations.
  • Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new content styles.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent creative experience or a strong content portfolio will also be considered.
