Have worked for at least 4 years in Salesforce Administering

Have a deep knowledge in declarative(point and click) capabilities

Have configured SDFC environments and are familiar with automations such as Process builder, Approval Process and Assignment rule

Have extensive experience in Lightning flows

Have worked with Object Management, User Management and Data Security Model

Possess expertise in Data Migration and Excel

Have experience in querying using SoQL

Have worked in Salesforce project involving the sales and service clouds

Have the drive to solve logical and analytical problems

Can coordinate and facilitate activities effectively

Are a congenial person encourages peer participation in initiatives

Here's what

you'll do

You bring ideas to life.

You translate ideas into Salesforce by understanding business requirements. You implement them using Salesforce out of the box customizations and perform Administrative tasks like Object management, User Administration and Data Security Model.

You handle data on a day to day basis

You create reports and dashboards for better user experience, migrate data between various systems. You ensure data cleanliness and accuracy using custom validation, custom formulas and dashboards

You facilitate the coding process.

You assist in creating changesets and deployment in Salesforce and learn new skills that help increase your technical prowess.

You are a guide.

You use configuration expertise for validation and testing and help team members with configuration and customization. You build and maintain working relationships with team members, CoEs and other departments in the company to ensure easy flow of information.
