Liferay Developer

Exp: 3+ years

Job location : Hyderabad.

Following skills Essential:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Liferay DXP/Liferay Portal–based applications and modules.
  • Strong experience in Liferay Frameworks like OSGI, Dynamic Objects, forms, workflow
  • Experience with customized portlets, themes, hooks, and layouts based on business requirements.
  • Integrate Liferay with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware.
  • Manage content, workflows, and permissions within the Liferay platform.
  • Work experience with Liferay upgrade activities (e.g., from older versions to DXP).
  • Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong skills on Core Java, JSP, React, JSON
  • Applies analytical thinking and experience with debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience in Agile process and SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience in version control and DevOps pipelines and expertise in Application servers
  • Avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible.
