About the Role:

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work in the field of Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Advisory
.

Interns will gain exposure to real transactions, valuation techniques, and deal execution processes while assisting senior professionals in research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    industry and company research
    to support live mandates.
  • Assist in
    building financial models
    and performing basic valuation exercises (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Support in drafting
    pitch decks, information memoranda, and client presentations
    .
  • Help analyse
    financial statements, market data, and transaction structures
    .
  • Coordinate with the team for
    deal documentation
    and regulatory research.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Pursuing
    CA Articleship / MBA (Finance)
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    accounting, corporate finance, and Excel-based analysis
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, research-oriented thinking, and good communication skills.
