Job Summary:

Blujay Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified
Project Control Engineer
to manage and monitor project schedules, costs, and progress across multiple sites. The role involves close coordination with site teams, preparation of project reports, risk identification, and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and execution within industrial, infrastructure, or EPC environments, along with excellent skills in MS Excel, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with site supervisors to gather daily/weekly updates on site activities, progress, and issues.
  • Track and monitor project costs, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Assist in planning and progress tracking of materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Prepare project progress reports, including summaries, cost analysis, and status updates weekly and monthly.
  • Support project teams with internal processes such as invoicing, procurement tracking, and workflow management.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and support in developing mitigation plans, report to the Project Manager.
  • Comply with company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager in smooth project execution by coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation across teams.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or control roles.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both office and site teams.
  • Knowledge of construction/engineering workflows and documentation practices.
  • Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects is desirable.
