Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated International Sales & Business Development to drive international sales growth and explore new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying overseas leads, managing client communications, coordinating export activities, and ensuring compliance with international trade procedures. Prior experience in export sales and strong knowledge of export-import operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate international leads through online platforms, trade portals, and digital research.
  • Explore new export markets and build relationships with global buyers and suppliers.
  • Attend export promotion council meetings, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with international clients and suppliers via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and buyers to ensure timely order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare export quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to overseas clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and export data.
  • Maintain lead trackers, export sales reports, and MIS records regularly.
  • Handle export documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinate logistics.
  • Work with banks and financial institutions for Letters of Credit, export payments, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Experience up to 2 years in export sales and international logistics.

  • Preferably Export documentation and procedures knowledge
  • MBA in International sales and Marketing
  • Incoterms, customs clearance, and international logistics
  • Export incentives, shipping processes
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Any certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage
