Admin Manager

Purpose -The Overall in-charge, Administrator & also responsible to run the school in (24 X7) with the effective administration with Overall "Security & Safety" to meet the various challenge's & also to fulfil the all exceptions from TOP management & also School authority (Principal) for smooth operations in General Administration and Facility Management.

Role & Responsibilities:-

· Manage the general administration of the school including assisting in estate management

· Manage the school budgeting process and the day-to-day financial operations including exercising financial control over budget expenditure.

· Manage revenue collection and financial reporting.

· Supervise the procurement of goods and services, management of school inventory and assets.

· Support the school in human resource management including manpower resourcing, labour compliances and benefits administration.

· Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

· Facilities Management & General Administration.

· Management of School Infrastructure & assets.

· Supervision of School Unit operations.

· Direct, guide, assist, train and lead the team of Admin Officers, Admission Counsellor / Relationship Cell, School Accountant, Housekeeping Supervisor

· Management of Housekeeping, Security & Vigilance.

· Compliance & Liaising with local bodies.

· Man Management.

· New Project and Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
