Role & responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of incoming inventory, Periodic audits with accuracy and publishing reports.
Ensure uploading of materials in line vendors, Evaluate and enhance inbound logistics processes, reduce costs, and streamline operations, drive Operational excellence tools across warehouse and lead projects like ISO certifications, 5S, etc.
To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.
Responsible for complete documentation for inbound materials. Ensure 100% identification of every material.
Verify the shipment against the purchase order and documentation. Communicate the discrepancy to the supplier or carrier.
