Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who lives and breathes design, storytelling, and social media. The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly switch between designing eye-catching visuals, crafting engaging content, and producing trendy, impactful reels that connect with our audience. If you have a passion for creativity, a sharp eye for design, and love experimenting with content formats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative content ideas across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design compelling graphics, creatives, and visual assets that align with the brand identity.
  • Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) that resonate with trends and brand voice.
  • Manage end-to-end social media presence: planning calendars, posting, community engagement, and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and design aesthetics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills (short-form & catchy captions).
  • Ability to multitask, take ownership, and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Background

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media and/or creative design (internships included).
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design work and video content (especially reels).
  • Prior experience with a consumer brand/startup is a plus.
