We are looking for a Senior Design & Quotation Expert to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate quotations and design drawings, coordinating directly with clients, architects, and contractors , and supervising a junior team member. You will be a key link between enquiry and execution, ensuring cost-effective solutions and client delight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for glass partitions and door systems
  • Develop design and technical drawings using AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Excel
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to finalize specifications
  • Supervise and guide a junior executive in preparing drawings and documentation
  • Provide pre-sales support to the team with designs and technical inputs
  • Work closely with the execution team to align designs with site requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in estimation, design, or project coordination (glass/interiors/partitions preferred)
  • Comfortable with AutoCAD (or equivalent) and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle direct client interactions
  • Leadership ability to supervise junior staff
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
