Job Description:

Duties Performed:

• Should be well acquainted with planning Tools & Scheduling packages Primavera P6 and SAP for Major overhaul projects.

• Monitors and coordinates progress during the work execution and using computer facilities available (Primavera Planning System & SAP Maintenance System).

• Assist Planning Engineers in preparation of work packages for Major overhaul and project work Monitor Turnaround activities in respected areas of LNG & ASR Plant, co-ordinate and report progress to management during work execution on daily basis.

Be able to deliver the following :

• Scope Compilation & Area Distribution.

• Preparation Planning Milestone Schedules & Tracking of the same.

• Planning progress Monitoring & Reporting.

• Coordination with Client Departments with respect to Planning & Documentation.

• All Primavera Activities related to levelling & Report Generation.

• Estimation & Optimization of Resources.

• Preparation of Execution Organograms.

• WON Wise Man-hours Generation & Pivot Tables.

• Compilation, Generation & Finalization Of Contributing man-hours.

• Subcontractors Scope development.

• Preparation & Finalization of All Pre TA-Reports & Formats.

• All Plans for Area, Scaffolding & Hot bolting Finalization.

• Data back Up and information provision.

• Produce Gantt Charts & Plans.

• Manpower/ Plant & Equipment Loading.

• Contributing Man-Hours.

• Inch Dia Calculation

• Control Sheets

• Pivot Tables for WON/ Mods & MMC

• S-Curves & Report Formats

• Printing Schedules

Minimum Requirements:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

• 12+ years of total experience in planning and maintenance work associated with the oil refining or Petro-Chemical industry, minimum 8 of which should have been in turnaround at Planning Engineer/Scheduler Capacity.

• Must have been Scheduling Engineer on a Turnaround for a minimum of man hours.

• Familiar with computer systems and hardware configuration and should have experience in the use of the most known software packages, preferably SAP, Primavera, MS Project,

• Database, Excel or another spread sheet.

• Good Communication Skills with fluent English both spoken and written.

• Strong Personality with good Team Working Skills
