About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven IT Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in generating business through Upwork, Fiverr, and client calls. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling international clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
  • Write winning proposals and negotiate with clients to secure projects.
  • Handle client calls (domestic & international) to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales and business development.
  • Strong experience in handling Upwork & Fiverr profiles, proposal writing, and bidding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in managing international client calls.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
