About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Recruiter
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to kick-start their career in recruitment and HR. You will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and tracking applications
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided)
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline
  • No prior recruitment experience required—training will be provided
