Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Platinum Consultant – SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with 10–15 years of SAP experience, including deep hands-on expertise in BTP services, architecture, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, advisor, and technical expert who can drive digital transformation initiatives for our clients using SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, including services like:

  • SAP Integration Suite

  • SAP Extension Suite
  • SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
  • SAP HANA Cloud
  • SAP Fiori/UI5
  • SAP Event Mesh

  • SAP API Management

  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable BTP-based applications and integrations.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to design modern, cloud-native solutions.
  • Lead complex integration projects between SAP and non-SAP systems using BTP services.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile practices in BTP development.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the BTP domain.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP BTP offerings, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP ecosystem with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) and based BTP services.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori, OData, and RESTful services.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, database modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps tools.
  • Solid understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms, including XSUAA and OAuth 2.0.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certified Development Associate / Professional – SAP BTP
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA extensions and side-by-side development
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other cloud-native tools
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or consultingRole & responsibilities
