We're Hiring – Electrical Draftsman / Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Puducherry

Company: Giga Power Solutions (Engineering Design & Procurement Consultancy – Oil & Gas Sector)

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Draftsman / Electrical Design Engineer experienced in AutoCAD and Dialux, preferably with exposure to onshore/offshore oil & gas projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–10 years of experience in electrical drafting or design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Dialux
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and client requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed electrical design and drawings for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Prepare single line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, cable routing layouts, lighting, earthing, and schematic drawings.
  • Perform electrical load calculations, voltage drop, short circuit, and cable sizing using standard software/tools.
  • Review client specifications, datasheets, and vendor documents to ensure compliance with project requirements

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
