Key Responsibilities:

Operations Data Management & Reporting:

  • Create, maintain, and automate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly
    Operational MIS reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    related to process efficiency, productivity, service delivery, and resource utilization.
  • Extract, clean, and consolidate operational data (e.g., volume, cycle time, quality metrics, inventory, logistics) from internal systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Design and deliver reports that provide a clear view of operational health and support process control.

Advanced Excel Functions & Automation:

  • Utilize
    expert proficiency in Advanced Excel
    functions such as
    VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, What-If Analysis, and complex formulas
    for deep operational data modeling and analysis.
  • Develop and implement
    Excel Macros
    (VBA) to automate repetitive data tasks specific to operational data collection and reporting, significantly reducing manual effort and turnaround time.

Operational Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Perform in-depth
    root cause analysis
    on operational performance issues (e.g., bottlenecks, variances, service failures) using data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational metrics to provide
    actionable insights
    and recommendations for process optimization and efficiency improvements to the Operations Management team.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with Operations Managers and team leads to understand their specific reporting requirements and process gaps.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to operational data collection and reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Working Days and Shift Timings:

Monday to Saturday. Alternate Saturdays off, Sundays fixed off.
