AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for an Senior Engineer - Water Infrastructure to join our team in Bengaluru.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the development and calibration of hydraulic models using platforms such as InfoWorks WS Pro, SynergiWater, and WaterGems, evaluating system pressures, flows, and network behavior.
•  Employ both existing models and new builds to analyze asset performance and support network optimization.
• Perform in depth technical studies including feasibility assessments, scenario analyses, and performance reviews to guide infrastructure decision-making.
• Integrate hydraulic modeling with GIS, asset management, and demand forecasting tools to support master planning and capital program development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders engineers, project managers, and clients to translate modeling outputs into actionable design solutions and client deliverables.
• should be capable of leading multiple projects with different geographical locations at the same time.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and technical staff, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and peer review.
• Additional skills like team management, project management, resource planning, project budget planning, estimation is must
• Drive innovation in modeling practices, adapting to new technologies, workflows, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years' proven experience in Revit modeling.
• Candidate should have minimum 5-9yrs of experience (Exposure to outside India projects preferably UK, USA, Canada, MER & ANZ region)
• Well versed with modelling software's SynergiWater, Innovyze InfoWorks WS, Bentley WaterGems
• Experience with GIS software's such as ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, QGIS, MapInfo
• Hands-on experience in Planning and Hydraulic Modelling for Water Infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in hydraulic model build, verification and calibration of Water supply network distribution and transmission network.
• Knowledge and understanding of international codes and standards.
• Ability to work well as part of a team or on an individual basis. 
• Good report writing skills.
