Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing and Assurance:
  • Assist in the execution of audit procedures for clients from various industries.
  • Conduct vouching, verification, and financial analysis under the guidance of senior auditors.
  • Participate in the preparation of audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Taxation:
  • Assist in the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Support in the assessment of tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Help in the preparation of tax planning and advisory reports.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Support in the maintenance of financial records and documentation for clients.
  • Compliance and Advisory:
  • Assist in compliance audits and ensure clients adhere to statutory requirements.
  • Support in providing financial and business advisory services to clients.
  • Conduct research on various financial and regulatory topics.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in gathering information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and provide updates on assignments.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance of client files and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
  • Support in the execution of special projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • Enrolled in the CA program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of [Country].
  • Successfully cleared [mention specific level, e.g., IPCC/Intermediate or equivalent] exams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP) is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
