Service Engineer

Conduct Field Visits: Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services as per service requests and schedules.
Electrical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve electrical problems in control panels, circuits, sensors, and other electrical components in a wide range of equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on machinery to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
Installation and Commissioning: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety guidelines.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both on-site and over the phone, to help resolve technical issues and answer product-related inquiries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including service reports, work orders, and parts used, to ensure proper documentation of service activities.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering prompt and efficient service, addressing their concerns professionally, and ensuring their needs are met.
Training: Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and development programs. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing fieldwork to ensure the safety of oneself and others.
