About The Role
Role Product Manager - Growth
Below are the key responsibilities for the person :
1. As a Product Manager Manager, the candidate handles entire Mobile Active Book of 811 Mobile App and is responsible for the following:
a. Responsible for digital driving activation
b. Responsible for driving in-app transactions.
c. Responsible for retention and churn
2. Drive Key digital matrices such as web visitors to final conversion, app logins, drop offs etc. DAUs , MAUs and Engagement Index.
3. To drive in-app spends, in-app transactions & activation on stock customer segment of app platform through continuous Customer Engagement & various Portfolio initiatives executed through customer communication & sales visibility, by effective use of multiple channels of the bank.
4. Attrition ManagementTo Drive Focused Attrition management on de growers & sporadic users & ensure retention of existing spends & generate incremental spends. Drive Increase in 30 day Activation & monthly retention
5. Consistency ManagementTo Drive consistent monthly usage of App through focused program on active users leading to increased repeat usage and stickiness. Drive increase in high active users thus building in consistent usage behaviour.
6. GamificationTo design & implement a strong gamified customer engagement program to drive higher user engagement with the app assisting in higher usage per customer.
7. InnovationGenerate & Implement innovative ideas in sync with development in the industry to drive incremental business
8. Visibility, Awareness & Cross functional initiatives
Drive traffic on App platform by creating awareness & visibility of product features & offers through targeted marketing initiative via various touchpoints such as:
"¢ Visibility across bank platforms.
"¢ Drive promotion of ATL/ BTL programs to drive in-app spends, in-app transactions & activation.
"¢ Drive joint initiatives with cross functional teams such as CC DC Payments etc.
"¢ Manage multiple stakeholders such as BIU, Data, BSG, Vendor etc.
Minimum Requirements Education / Relevant Experience
"¢ Post-Graduation from a Premier Institute.
"¢ Minimum experience in years 4+ yr of Experience
"¢ Exposure to payment, wallet , App industry preferred and someone who has handled digital portfolio in past
