About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaign strategy, execution, and analytics, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Create performance-driven strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth workflow and professional growth.
  • Manage client communications, particularly with international clients and markets, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in handling international clients and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in team coordination or handling is a plus.
