Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior RPA Developer
(5–9 years) with strong expertise in
Automation Anywhere / Automation 360 (A360)
to automate business processes in the
banking domain
. The role focuses on developing bots to compare and validate
PAR values
between NSP application and ID Wires web application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using
    Automation Anywhere / Automation 360
    .
  • Automate
    PAR value comparisons
    (Full name, City, State, Phone number, Customer details) between NSP and ID Wires applications.
  • Apply business logic to update PAR status (Ok / Skip) and manage
    queues effectively
    .
  • Handle
    exception management, error logging, and performance optimization
    of bots.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
  • Provide guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to
    best practices in RPA delivery
    .
  • Support
    UAT, deployment, and production monitoring
    of RPA bots.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–9 years of total IT experience
    , with
    3+ years in RPA development
    using Automation Anywhere (AA v11 / A360).
  • Strong knowledge of
    RPA lifecycle
    – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in
    Automation 360 drag-and-drop development
    , control room, and bot deployment.
  • Expertise in
    web application automation, queue handling, and data validation workflows
    .
  • Proficiency in
    exception handling, debugging, and optimization
    .
  • Prior experience in
    banking/financial services automation
    preferred.
  • Knowledge of
    basic scripting (VBScript, Python, JavaScript)
    is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Certification in
    Automation Anywhere (Master RPA Professional / A360 Advanced)
    highly preferred.
