Job Description:

We are seeking a male Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in supervising interior works at project sites in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year interior site supervision experience, strong site management capabilities, and a two-wheeler for daily site travel (petrol allowance provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects on site.
  • Supervise labor, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and maintain site discipline.
  • Conduct quality checks, manage site resources, and track daily progress.
  • Take accurate site measurements and resolve on-ground issues quickly.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material usage logs, and attendance records.
  • Ensure timely project delivery according to plans, with frequent visits across Pune and Pimpri.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate with at least 1 year of interior site supervision experience (residential or commercial fit-outs).
  • Own a two-wheeler (bike) for site travel; petrol allowance will be given.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of basic safety, site documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi.
