Pre Sales & Requirement Analysis < LI>Engage in pre sales discussions, proposal writing, scoping, and estimations < LI>Create feature requirements, SRS documentation, user stories, and workflows for Web & Mobile applications and Cloud infrastructure services < LI>Conduct feasibility analysis and solution proposals for customer requirements < LI>Business Process Analysis < LI>Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps, and develop optimized solution strategies < LI>Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop automation & digital optimization strategies < LI>Document findings, business cases, and process flow di ms < LI>Stakeholder & Client Engagement < LI>Develop new business relationships with international domestic clients < LI>Conduct meetings, workshops, presentations, and demos to present findings and proposed solutions < LI>Serve as a liaison between clients, internal technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders < LI>Gather and validate critical information from various stakeholders and create actionable reports < LI>Project Coordination & Delivery < LI>Support project planning, requirements prioritization, and monitoring of performance metrics < LI>Ensure solution implementation meets business needs and success criteria < LI>Manage competing priorities, deliverables, and timelines < LI>Update and maintain procedures, workflows, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle < LI>AI & Modernization Added Requirements < LI>Identify opportunities to integrate AI, ML, and automation tools to modernize systems and improve business efficiency < LI>Collaborate with AI ML or Data Science teams to translate business objectives into AI use cases < LI>Assist in defining AI product workflows, training data needs, and model acceptance criteria < LI>Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, RPA, NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM based solutions < LI>Evaluate SaaS, cloud AI platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and no code low code AI platforms for business feasibility < LI>Qualifications & Requirements < LI>Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred < LI>Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related role < LI>Experience in Web Mobile applications and or Cloud services projects < LI>Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern delivery practices < LI>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills < LI>Advanced documentation skills with experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, SRS, User Stories, Personas, and Workflow Di ms < LI>Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders < LI>Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook < LI>Experience producing detailed reports, dashboards, and insights < LI>Proven track record in leading and supporting successful project implementations < LI>Ability to manage competing priorities and drive commitments to closure < LI>Preferred Technical Skills Nice to Have < LI>Experience with AI ML concepts and working knowledge of Generative AI LLM tools ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini < LI>NLP, sentiment analysis, or predictive analytics < LI>RPA platforms UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere < LI>Cloud AI platforms Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI, GCP Vertex AI < LI>Experience using project management and collaboration tools Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools < LI>Experience supporting pre sales, solutioning, or technical bids < LI>< LI> < UL>< DIV>
