Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our enterprise IT operations, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology operations across offices, warehouses, and remote teams while aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including networks, firewalls, VPNs, endpoints, and office connectivity.
  • Oversee device management, BYOD policies, and employee access through tools like MDM, Google Workspace, and ScaleFusion/UEM.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures aligned with SOC2, ISO 27001, DPDP, and CIS benchmarks.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs with technology providers (Google, Razorpay, JioBP, OEMs).
  • Lead IT helpdesk operations and ensure smooth functioning across offices and remote setups.
  • Ensure business continuity with data backups, disaster recovery drills, and endpoint security.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align IT with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7–10 years of IT operations experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure across distributed offices, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), enterprise networking, and security frameworks.
  • Experience with SOC2, ISO, DPDP, and other audit/compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
