Cluster Incharge

Job Summary

The Cluster Incharge is responsible for driving sales, store performance, operational excellence, and team management across assigned stores within the Twin Birds retail network. This role ensures that all stores follow company SOPs, achieve sales targets, maintain brand standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets for all assigned stores.
• Monitor store performance and take action to improve low-performing stores.
• Drive key KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and billing efficiency.
• Identify business opportunities and plan promotions to increase sales.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure all stores follow Twin Birds SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance tracking.
• Ensure proper stock management—availability, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Monitor store hygiene, housekeeping, and display standards.

3. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff.
• Manage manpower planning—hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
• Take corrective action for underperforming team members.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high standards of customer service across all cluster stores.
• Address store-level customer issues and escalate when required.
• Ensure complaint closure within the defined TAT.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to HO/Operations Head.
• Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends.
• Coordinate with HO teams (VM, HR, Accounts, Logistics, etc.).

6. Compliance & Loss Prevention

• Ensure cash handling accuracy at stores.
• Control pilferage, shrinkage, and damage through regular checks.
• Ensure all stores follow statutory and safety compliance.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
