  • Maintain all site-related documents including attendance, labor records, delivery notes, and site correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the HR/Accounts team for staff attendance, wages, and timesheets.
  • Handle administrative support like filing, printing, scanning, and material inward/outward registers.
  • Track and record material movement (received, used, and balance stock).
  • Maintain site office infrastructure, stationery, and general housekeeping.
  • Support the project manager with daily site reports and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Assist in onboarding new workers and ensuring ID cards and PPE are provided.
  • Maintain petty cash records and submit expense reports to the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with transport/logistics teams for movement of materials and staff.
