About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Sports Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and implement training programs that enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and promote overall physical fitness. You will work closely with athletes, teams, and individuals to help them reach their peak potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver customized sports training and conditioning programs.

Conduct physical fitness assessments and monitor progress.

Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and safety measures.

Provide injury prevention strategies and basic first-aid when needed.

Motivate and mentor students to maintain discipline and a positive mindset.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and methods in sports training.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.P.Ed & M.P.Ed is must,or a related field.

Experience Letter is must needed in any recognized sports or fitness organization preferred.

Proven experience as a Sports Trainer, Athletic Coach, or similar role.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Ability to create safe, effective, and engaging training environments.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Passion for sports and continuous professional growth.

Salary:- Negotiable.
