Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Assistant located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in customer service and sales activities, developing promotional materials, and coordinating marketing events. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in market research and developing promotional materials
  • Knowledge of sales and sales & marketing principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
