Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support our digital collaboration and content management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Digital Room setups, and DocuSign workflows. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital operations and user support.

Your key responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Administration:
  • Support and maintain M365 services including SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Assist in user onboarding/offboarding and license management.
  • New Product Feature review and Rollout
  • Digital Rooms Setup & Support:
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining Digital Meeting Rooms for different Business Users
  • Support Virtual Data Rooms and other platform integrations.
  • DocuSign Workflow Management:
  • Create and manage DocuSign templates and workflows.
  • Support Integration with the platform.
  • New Product service rollout
  • General IT Support:
  • Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Work Closely on getting the releases aligned with DBs governance and Compliance Requirements.
  • Provide technical support for the platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in development or engineering roles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and administration.
  • Familiarity with Digital Room technologies
  • Experience with DocuSign or other e-signature platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools.
