About O3 & Intux

O3 Technology Solutions builds Intux, our Agentic AI platform, which powers hundreds of intelligent agents across business functions like Sales, Service, HR, Operations, Risk, and Proposals. You'll work on real AI-driven solutions that impact enterprise workflows, helping organizations save time, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.

As part of this program, you'll gain hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents that drive measurable business outcomes—not just demos.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship AI agents end-to-end, from concept and prompts to production-ready solutions.
  • Work with enterprise data and systems to enable intelligent automation and actionable insights.
  • Ensure agents are reliable, secure, and meet quality standards through testing and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to capture requirements, demonstrate solutions, and drive adoption.

Focus Tracks (Choose One, rotation possible later)

1.Agentic AI / Applied ML – AI models, prompts, and automation workflows.

2.Platform / Full-Stack – Platform development, user interfaces, and orchestration.

3.Data / ML Ops – Pipelines, embeddings, data integration, and monitoring.

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Write clean code in Python or TypeScript/Node; quick to pick up frameworks like Fast API, , or
  • Understand algorithms, data structures, and can reason about trade-offs.
  • Have a curiosity for AI, LLMs, embeddings, or can learn fast.
  • Are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-have (learnable on the job): AI frameworks, vector DBs, cloud platforms, APIs, automation tools, testing, observability.

Success in 90 Days

  • You've shipped a production-ready agent that demonstrates measurable impact.
  • You've contributed to one component of the platform or workflow.
  • You can demo your agent and explain its design, outcomes, and risks.

Onboarding (8-week bootcamp)

  • Fundamentals of Agentic AI, tools, prompts, and workflows.
  • Build a scoped agent, add testing and monitoring.
  • Integrate a system and prepare a customer-style demo.

Education & Eligibility

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT/EE or related). 2024/2025 pass-outs welcome.
  • 0–1 year experience; internships and open-source contributions are a plus.
