We're Hiring – Team Leader | Full Stack Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

We're looking for a dynamic and technically strong Team Leader who can guide a team of developers, architect scalable applications, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. If you're passionate about full-stack development and leadership, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers across multiple projects.
  • Design, architect, and review secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • Own the full development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Product Managers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Implement coding best practices, testing, and deployment standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, technical sessions, and mentoring programs.
  • Manage task assignments, sprints, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging tech, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular and React for frontend.
  • Good exposure to PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and Microservices.
  • Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong verbal & written English communication skills.
