Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at Inmyo, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, build reports and dashboards, and help shape strategic decisions using data evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, validate, and prepare complex datasets from various sources for analysis.
  • Interpret data analysis results and communicate insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and periodic management reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Write robust SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse data from databases.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), patterns, and actionable insights influencing business decisions.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Assist in development and implementation of data governance standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
    in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with
    data visualization tools
    such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with
    Excel
    (advanced functions, pivot tables) and data manipulation techniques.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Python or R
    for statistical analysis or scripting.
  • Exposure to
    data modelling
    , predictive analytics, or machine learning basics.
  • Experience with
    ETL tools
    and data pipelines.
