Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Sky Channel-Phygital department, aiming to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, identifying potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all customers.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
