Education Qualification: Any Engineering or MCA with good academic background

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Skills required: SQL Server

· Understanding of the deployment process

· Good understanding of RPOs and RTOs

· Experience in analysing various error logs, troubleshoot issues

· Perform RCAs, document issues, ensure CAPA is done.

· Thorough understanding of SSL Certificates, Load Balancers, Web Application Firewalls

· Understanding of API/ file/FTP based integration with third party systems

· Thorough knowledge of SQL Server Database Instance

· Good understanding of SQL Server Security features

· Good SQL Server troubleshooting skills

· Good knowledge of configuring SSIS, SSRS, deploying RDL files for the SSRS reports.

· Good knowledge of Windows Server OS and components like IIS

· Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills

· Good Knowledge in writing and analysing the PowerShell scripts.

· Good problem-solving ability

· Certification on SQL is an added advantage

· Available for 24/7 rotational shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Ensure availability of various Application components and underlying environments.

· Analyse Log Files to find out the root cause of the problem to troubleshoot.

· Document environment configurations, best practices, CAPAs

· Plan and execute Application upgrades

· Ensure incidents/requests are resolved with in SLAs

· Ensure availability of enough disk space

· Ensure various backups are in place

· Ensure all scheduled jobs run successfully

· Enable Support teams to securely access environments for troubleshooting

· Exposure of various HADR solutions available in SQL Server - SQL Server Always On AGs, Log shipping

· Plan and execute DR drills as per SLAs agreed with Customers

· Should be able to work on multiple environments at the same time.

· Managing Production changes through release process on DEV / TEST / PROD.

· Plan, test and notify Customers about environment patching

· Provided support on 24/7 rotational shifts
