About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic Public Relations Executive with exceptional media relations and storytelling skills. This role involves strategizing, executing, and amplifying PR campaigns across top-tier lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and grooming media platformsboth national and international.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans to boost brand visibility and positioning.
  • Build & maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and bloggers across India.
  • Secure coverage in leading print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, brand stories, and media kits.
  • Plan and manage press events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track and analyse media coverage & PR effectiveness.
  • Handle crisis communication with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Write blogs and articles regularly to enhance brand narrative.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in PR, preferably in beauty, fashion, grooming, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • Based in Delhi/NCR; comfortable with travel and on-ground events.
  • Strong media network across print, digital, TV, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing national-level PR campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiar with PR monitoring tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, PR, or Marketing.
  • Experience in PR agencies or in-house brand PR teams.
  • Comfort with both corporate and product PR strategies.
