Job Description1. Sales Officer (SO)Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities.
  • Promote the company's financial products to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business acquisition goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely documentation, verification, and submission of required customer details.
  • Provide post-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Uphold company standards in customer interactions and field operations.

2. Financial Service Associate (FSA)Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers, explain financial products, and assist them in choosing the right offering.
  • Drive field sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into sales.
  • Ensure completion of KYC documents, loan files, and all required paperwork.
  • Track customer applications until activation or loan disbursement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay updated on financial services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work towards achieving individual sales targets and team goals.

Additional Requirements (Applicable for Both Roles)

  • Both Male and Female candidates preferred.
  • For Male Two-wheeler is mandatory.
  • Any Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
  • Must have interest in taking sales opportunities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
